About This Journey
The Palace on Wheels is India's flagship luxury train experience, offering a week-long journey through the royal state of Rajasthan. Departing from Delhi every Wednesday (September to April), the train visits Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore Tiger Reserve), Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Bharatpur, and Agra (Taj Mahal) before returning to Delhi.
Each carriage is designed after a former princely state's royal saloon, featuring ornate interiors, en-suite cabins, and personalized butler service. The train includes two restaurant cars, a bar lounge, and a spa car.
